Hemet, CA — On Saturday, October 9, at approximately 10:55 pm, the Hemet Public Safety Communications Center began to receive several 911 calls of a vehicle traffic collision involving six pedestrians with two females pinned under a vehicle.
As officers arrived on scene, they quickly located a car jack to lift a pick-up truck from the females pinned under it. All six individuals, including the previously pinned females, were transported to local area hospitals. Their injuries range from moderate to significant, but all are expected to survive.
The driver of the other vehicle was located at the scene and taken into custody on multiple charges including DUI.
