Hemet, CA – The Hemet Police Department is rolling out the welcome mat and inviting the entire community to join us for National Night Out on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. behind the Hemet Public Library at 200 N. Harvard Street, Hemet, CA 92543.
National Night Out is a nationwide campaign aimed at promoting strong community partnerships, building neighborhood camaraderie, and fostering positive relationships between law enforcement and the public. This family-friendly evening will feature demonstrations, activities, and opportunities for residents to connect directly with their police department and first responders.

- K-9 Demonstration
- Martial Arts Presentation by World Black Belt Center
- Police Drone & Motor Demonstrations
- Hemet Fire Department “Jaws of Life” Vehicle Rescue Demo
- Station Tours – Small group tours of the Police Department (limited spots available)
- Free Hot Dogs, Cotton Candy, Popcorn, and Frozen Treats
- Kid Activities – Face painting, Dunk tank, fun giveaways, and more
- Community Vendors & Resource Booths
