Hemet, Calif. — On Friday, November 17, 2023, at approximately 9:42 pm, the Hemet Police Department received a call of gunshots heard in the 800 block of South Palm Avenue. When officers arrived at the scene, they found an adult male victim suffering from several gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries. The victim’s name is not being released at this time, pending notification of his family.
