The Hemet Police Department is excited to announce our new partnership with Flock and introducing our new public safety program. Hemet residents and businesses can easily and securely register their exterior security cameras with the Hemet Police Department. Residents and local businesses who choose to take part in this new program will be contacted by Hemet Police Officers if a crime occurs in an area covered by registered devices.
Footage shared by residents and local businesses from strategically placed security cameras can provide useful leads and evidence needed to bring an investigation to a close.
Camera registration is fast and easy. Residents and business who wish to register can visit refer.flocksafety.com/hemet-community-camera-program to securely register their devices. This program does not monitor live stream footage from registered devices. Information on registered monitoring devices is only accessible by the Hemet Police Department and will not be disseminated.
The Hemet Police Department is looking forward to working together with the residents and businesses of Hemet in keeping our community safer.
